Previously, I held positions in strategic talent sourcing, social recruiting & recruitment marketing program management with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; Blackberry; and
Microsoft.
I currently serve on the Board of Sourcing 7 (a community of talent sourcers in Seattle).
