A talent pipeline is a recruiting/talent sourcing strategy that targets an external pool of talent who are have the skills that are always in demand by your organization. This talent pool is engaged over time to fill current or future roles. This targeted talent is iteratively engaged with information/content that is professionally relevant, valuable, and interesting. The anticipated result of this interaction is to build trust and develop a relationship with the target audience so that your organization is top of mind when a prospect is ready to make a job change.
