workplace_leadership Leaders in today’s workplace are similar to the box of assorted chocolates actor Tom Hanks referred to in the movie “Forrest Gump.” Each leader is filled with varying objectives, management styles, personalities and abilities. Some people seem born to it. Others develop and acquire these skills over the course of their career. To paraphrase Forrest, “You never know what leader you’re gonna get.”
