Introducing contributor Christine Faucher-Kelley, who offers this pre-New Year exercise to work on. She’ll be back in January. Only 8 percent of us achieve our New Year’s Resolutions. We don’t get clear on why they are important to us. Taking some time to understand your “why” — before the New Year — could make you make you part of that successful percent. As a two-pack a day smoker, for nearly 30 years, I was part of the 92%. Ironically, my friends called me a “health nut”.
